The Directory of Creatives is designed to help promote visual artists and creative practitioners. However, Liverpool Artists' Network cannot guarantee sales, commissions, employment, collaborations or other opportunities as a result of being listed in the Directory.

All enquiries, negotiations, sales, commissions, collaborations and other arrangements take place directly between the parties involved and are carried out at their own risk. Liverpool Artists' Network is not responsible or liable for any agreements, payments, disputes or outcomes resulting from these interactions.

If you choose to indicate that you are open to connecting, working with or collaborating with other creatives, you acknowledge that any contact made through the Directory is at your own risk. Liverpool Artists' Network accepts no responsibility or liability for any communication, collaboration or outcome resulting from these connections.

We make every effort to keep the website available and running smoothly. However, Liverpool Artists' Network cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
 

Profile Content

You are responsible for ensuring that you own, or have permission to use, any text, images, logos or other content submitted for your profile.

Copyright of all submitted work remains with the artist or original copyright holder.
 

Content Standards

Liverpool Artists' Network reserves the right to refuse, edit or remove content that:

• is unlawful or infringes copyright;

• contains offensive, abusive or discriminatory material;

• is misleading or inaccurate; or

• is unrelated to the purpose of the Directory of Creatives.
   

Membership

Membership subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Subscription payments are non-refundable.
 

Profile Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information on your profile is accurate and up to date. If your details change, please contact Liverpool Artists' Network so your profile can be updated.

A postcode is requested during the application process to verify that you live or work in Merseyside. Your postcode is used for verification purposes only and will not be displayed on your public profile.
